Application process 2010

If you are interested and our camp suits both you and your children, we will be pleased to respond to all of your questions (contacts see below). We’ll send you the required application form, payment instructions and all necessary information. You can apply for the application form online now; all you need to do is enter your full address into the form on the next page.

The number on the application form you will receive by post coincides with a variable symbol of your payment. It is the best way to identify your payment, when you pay through your bank from abroad. We will send you all information that is required to make payment by bank transfer from your bank to our bank. The payment has to be executed in EUR or equivalent in USD. After we receive your application form from you, your place is reserved. In case of any difficulties completing your application form or regarding your payment, please inform us. By the beginning of June (or directly after we receive your application form if later than beginning of June) we will have sent you the final leaflet with information regarding departure, everything the children should have with them and a map directing you to the place of departure of the buses or to our camp. Also enclosed will be the health statement that will need to be signed by the parent before departure.

If you will not be using our buses for transportation to the camp (departure from Prague) or you just want to know where the EUROCAMP is located, you can look up the maps.

EUROCAMP 2010 will run the following terms:

 There are comfortable buses reserved for transportation to our camp by the reliable company Comett plus.
Departure and arrival is close to Hotel Diplomat in Prague.
